To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • All labels, tags, and seals must be intact

  • The return request must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery

Products that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  • Provide your order number

  • Clearly describe the issue with the product

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before acceptance

  • Once an order is accepted and processed, cancellation is not possible
